Bornforth
has been set up to provide to small, growing businesses the benefits
of having an experienced Finance Director on a part-time, as-needed
basis. We currently work mostly with IT and software companies, particularly start-up operations. David Rose is a Certified Accountant (FCCA) with 20 years experience in the software industry, most of that time at Boardroom level, serving as Finance Director/Company Secretary. His experience encompasses small, start-up operations as well as Board positions working for large multi-nationals. This is a rare mix. His career has taken him around the world, with assignments in Europe, the US, South Africa, India, Hong Kong and Australia.
